This is a walk through of the FLOW PROCESS in the Email Templates we use. Set up your GMAIL.com account. Get your Templates Set so you can “FLOW” with the process of bringing a new Student into PBS and into the Success Path.

This is a System and not a Suggestion. ALSO, Be sure to COLOR UP the TEMPLATES. As it doesn’t carry over from COPY/PASTE.

FIRST: GET SET UP TO SEND OUT EMAILS TO COORDINATE WITH THE FLOW:

You will want these set up in your GMAIL Account, using the Canned Messages. You will want to enable Canned Messages as shown in the VIDEO below. (OR GOOGLE: How to turn on Canned Messages in Gmail).

Watch how to TURN ON and SET UP TEMPLATES for use in your VMarketing:

Be sure to set up your CANNED MESSAGES with the Messages Below. Get them all set up and ready to go. YOU WILL BE USING THESE TO PROPERLY DO “THE FLOW” and to allow the delivery of information at the right time to allow them to proceed without being too overwhelmed. DO NOT CHANGE THIS UP. Follow it exactly.

SECOND: BE SURE TO GET ALL OF THE EMAILS BELOW ADDED TO YOUR CANNED MESSAGES FOR GETTING THEM INTO THE PBS AND INTO SESSION 1:

Here is a list of the Emails and what they are Used For. Below you will find the Emails with the Subject Line and Message for you to COPY into your Templates within your Gmail.com account. Be sure to edit the messages with your details accordingly.

Subject Line: Getting Started with your PBS

This EMAIL is to give them the Keystone Video and the Ebook for Marketing Is Freedom. This is what you send them as they are Watching the Keystone Video. It contains the link for them to be able to re-watch the Keystone Video again. As well as the /go and /go2 PBS Set-Up and Activation Emails.

Subject Line: Important Email is Probably Sitting in Your Spam

This is the email you send them along with the “AUDIOBOOK MarketingIsFreedom.com” sending this first, so it has a better chance of going into their Inbox. This is for Prospecting in the VMarketing Process.

NOTE: When doing “GREAT PACE” or 20-100 of these in a setting, you will want to alter the Subject Line. Use these Randomly.

This is key knowledge that they need for success and to help you in the Explanation of how you will be Instructing and Working with them as your Student.

Subject Line: From Rory

This is the Email You Send when you are with your Student, and they are not Getting a PBS Today, or not in the near Future. As well as for Leads you cannot Reach in Texts 1, 2 and 3. This is also for Pending BRT or Pending PBS that have not gone forward within 2 weeks. They all get this Email and Protocols of Set-Up into the evolverealestate.co/registration as well as placed into a Free Account with Fun Saver Network. This is the email you send when you are with your Student to do the Session 1 with them. Be sure to have scheduled 3 hours with them for this. And be sure that they are in front of their Computer for this.

Subject Line: PBS #1 Welcome to your System

This is the email you send when our CTO has completed their PBS Set-Up. You will know they are set up in the Google Doc “New PBS” Doc (Located Here). As well as their details will be added in the Notes of Their Customer Account within the RRR247CRM.COM.ADMIN And then need to send this email out. With you COPYING and PASTING their PBS DETAILS into the SPECIFIC AREA entitled: Your Performance Blogging System is:

Subject Line: Welcome to Your LMS

During Session 1 at the same time you are sending PBS #1 Welcome to your System, send the Welcome to Your LMS. (You should have them set up in the LMS Prior to doing Session 1. IF you do not, then you will utilize the Session 2 Email as IS and get them into the LMS During Session 2. See your Instructor for Assistance). We let them know in Session-1 Email that they have a LMS Account, but then give them access to it in this process. NOTE: If they are already set up, and you do not have their PASSWORD, have them use the FORGOT PASSWORD (it works great).

Subject Line: Meetn Meeting Link

This is where you give them your Meetn Link. Or WhatsAPP or Skype Details if you are not using Meetn for Screen Sharing.

Subject Line: PBS SESSION #2

This email is going to get them through the initial items on the rrr247.com/RRR Training Page. And will get them into Session 2.

Subject Line: Session 2 Going Into Session 3

This is 1 of 2 emails you send when you are starting the Second Session with Your student. This contains your Velovita® Enrollment Link. And contains your referral links and kiosk links for them to be able to continue into STEP 2. This is also where the Fun Saver Network activation link is given to them. BE SURE TO MODIFY these EMAILS with your Details before sending them out.

NOTE: At the bottom of this email, you are setting Passwords for your new Instructor in using both the Customer Admin, rrr247crm.com and the Staff Admin of rrr247crm.com/admin. It is best to make sure that their EMAIL and Password for both are known by them. Strong Suggestion to make the Customer and the Staff Email and Passwords the Same.

This is getting your Student ready for VMarketing. They will be going through the training and seeing it done repeatedly. This is where we really make a difference in everything we do.
