We want to get this into a structure where you are able to build and build without a wall. This is to allow yourself to become replaceable with and thru duplication.

Lead Generation is available to us all through what Tanya and I have built and are sharing with you. From the VMarketing Leads to the Student Leads within the 101 Board and SD Leads. This and other sources are being fed into our businesses all within the overall structure of RRR247.

TASKS are to be broken up into LEVELS.

Where LEVEL 1 is for anyone. Literally any student with a PBS can participate in the Team Building supported by what we do here in RRR247.

LEVEL 2 is for Students to pay it forward in the manner of Anchor Support, Training on VMarketing and in feeding the Team Members that are in LEVEL 3. This is where the understanding and “System Structure” is exercised and developed with others.

LEVEL 3 is for Instructors. This is where doing the BRT, and FLOW, and Session #2 is done. The more appts that are set by LEVELS 1, 2 and 3, the more speed we can add to growing the Team and the Team’s Volumes in Sales that can be achieved.

Those that are at LEVEL 3:

  • Call/Text get Vmarketing or Student leads into a BRT Call. (HIGH TOUCH done 1 on 1, or 2 on 1 if the Instructor has an Instructor In Training on). This is never to be in a group setting. Needs to be high touch, high focus on the Individual looking to join in the RRR247 Processes.
  • BRT into activating and setting up into their own PBS. Appointment set for the following day or as soon as possible. New PBS accounts are activated within the following day (unless its a Saturday, in which case by Monday).
  • PBS #1 EMAIL SENT OUT / TEXT SENT to Student confirming that it was sent and to confirm appointment to get started. (This is where we do the FLOW – or Session #1).
  • The Flow is followed to get the new Student with PBS going. (Also known as Session #1).
  • During the Flow, while the Student is watching the /fine-wines Presentation: PBS SESSION #2 Email is Sent out. As well as the Homework – Help Email and the initial Conference Call Email.
  • Appointment is set for when the new Student can commit to getting their homework done. This is getting through #4 on the https:/rrr247.com/episode-8 details. This needs to be done in order to properly cover the Session #2 details.
  • Session #2 commences. (HIGH TOUCH done 1 on 1, or 2 on 1 if the Instructor has an Instructor In Training on). Velovita is covered and enrollment is assumed. VELOVITA email is sent out with the enrollment link to be used by the Student to get placed into the Team being built.

Introduction of the Team Member who is at least a LEVEL 2: 

  • Student is set for Session #3 with a Team Member according to the Protocol. PROTOCOL: They are to be supported with a Team Member that they are also in the same Team with Anchors 1 and 2. The Team Member must be at least a LEVEL 2. They are to get them going with VMarketing and continuing in the training. Specifically modifying the pages of their PBS, doing the VMarketing daily. They are to be adding the positive VMarketing Appts for BRT to the Calendar of the LEVEL 3 Instructor that will be following up on their appointments with them, or for them. They are to be added to the Team Skype Chat Room.
  • LEVEL 2 Team Member is to then continue to follow up. This includes making sure they attend Tuesday Night training calls. Thursday Night Trainings. Saturday Trainings. And supporting them as they wish to do more in VMarketing and Instructor Training.
  • They are to work with their Assigned Students, and ensure they are attending the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday training calls.
  • When they decide to become an Instructor, they are to get connected with LEVEL 3 Instructor again to proceed. KNOW YOUR LEVEL. When the student wants to do more than your LEVEL, get another INSTRUCTOR at the higher LEVEL involved. PERIOD. We need to move as a TEAM to not create barriers. Not become a barrier, rather support the individual growth and desire to work within the Structure to the abilities and desires of each Team Member.

LEVEL 1 Team Members Responsibilities Include:

  • Building their own PBS Pages.
  • Posting Ads.
  • Social Media Advertising and Ads.
  • VMarketing Daily. Anyone can do this. Using the Google Calendars they will be expected to create positive responses and to create Calendar Appts for BRT for LEVEL 3 Instructors. They are to add their positive responses to Grapevine and ETC as we do based upon the BRT process.
  • To learn and understand the VMarketing Process.
  • When ready, to learn and understand the Instructor Process. To understand even to support others as they grow into LEVEL 2 and when ready LEVEL 3.

SKYPE COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS:

Level 2 Instructors are to help run the support in a group fashion with the Team Skype Chat. Supporting the PBS Building, VMarketing and education on all things in the Art of Performance Blogging.

Weekly the LEVEL 3 Instructor(s) are to report to all in the Team Skype Chat as to the weekly progress. Examples:

  • We added “X” new PBS Team Members to the Team. Of that, we have added “X” to our shared “Left/Right” Team in DTC Ambassador/Velovita.
  • We are building the Team Leg, and doing what we said we would do. As you all are contributing, and growing in understanding and belief, we will work towards how to build up your Inside Legs, or “Pay Legs” as we do.
  • “NAME HERE” has stepped up to be a LEVEL 3 Instructor. We will be cheering them on as they build their PAY LEG and we are continuing our Support on the Team Leg.
  • We are doing great in our “LEFT/RIGHT” Team Leg. As we grow, your VMarketing Leads will be used to qualify your LEFT TEAM/RIGHT TEAM per the Compensation Requirements. Keep going, we will get to your Pay Leg next. We want to make sure you can support it as a LEVEL 3, or with a solid support as we build your TEAM. The more you do, the more we can all do.
  • Our Weekly Goal for the LEFT/RIGHT TEAM is “X” new Team Members.

For Those that have been through Sessions 1 and Sessions 2 and are ready to be placed into the VMARKETING. So they are ready to be LEVEL 1.

  • Make sure to be modifying your Anchor Pages, to be your own. Modifying the CONTENT.
  • You want to then be sure to modify all your pages, I suggest doing it by Category so you do not miss any. Go from TOP to BOTTOM, and make them your own, swap out your links, and more. You can use the links that are on the training (as those are mine). See STEP 2 in the main https:/rrr247.com/rrr training page.
  • Attend the Calls. I am going to add them BELOW – so you have a good understanding of all of them.
THEN here are things to add to – so you keep increasing in knowledge and understanding:

  • Then we want to have you working on the VMarketing with the LEADS and PROCESS as instructed.
  • You should have a TRELLO BOARD for VMARKETING LEADS set up.
  • You should have a GOOGLE DOC with the text messages to copy and paste from
  • And you should have Google Voice and/or Textnow.com and/or other Text Programs as instructed on going and set up.
  • Then you should be added to your Instructor’s Google Calendar so you can respond with the Prospects to set an appointment for your Instructor to follow up on. You need to be sure to add the information into the TRELLO CARD in your VMARKETING Trello Board. And be sure to put the name and phone number at the correct time in the Google Calendar.
