This is for Students with a PBS that need specific Technical Support that is not covered in the Hosting. These items are listed below and need to be handled in the following process.

  1. Your Instructor is made aware of the issue you need resolved. They will update your Trello Card.
  2. You make the payment to cover the Tech Time to make the corrections. Payment will be noted on your Trello Card by your Instructor.
  3. RRR247 Support Technical Department will make the corrections in a timely manner and will note the completion on your Trello Card and thus notifying your Instructor.
